From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most warm and friendly staff. Our cozy, beautifully decorated room exceeded all expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hearty breakfast was simply delicious. The laundry service was excellent, leaving us with one less thing to worry about. The staff was always ready to provide helpful information and ensure a pleasant stay. The location was peaceful and just a short walk from the main square. by and large, it was unique base for sightseeing in cuzco, had much fun and met attentive and caring staff always at service. got well-appointed, beautiful room with interesting decorations. also, location was perfect and excellent, just 5 minutes walk from a minor basilica.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

I had an amazing stay at a beautifully renovated colonial mansion in Cusco. The hotel's location was perfect, just outside the city center, with great restaurants and bars nearby. The staff, especially Roger, provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were luxurious, with brand new bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. a truly exceptional experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the city center. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, always ready to answer my questions about transportation and nearby restaurants. The hotel facilities were superb, with meticulous cleanliness throughout, from the lobby to my comfortable room. The hotel's location was also perfect, just a short walk from the pick-up area for guided tours. And last but not least, the breakfast was fantastic – delicious eggs, fresh fruit, and other options prepared to order.

Casona Corrales is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect - just a short distance from popular tourist spots. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - especially Roger. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip to Machu Picchu.

The antique colonial building had an amazing look and our room was beautifully decorated. The staff was outstanding and very friendly, they provided free extras and always arranged a taxi when needed. The location was perfect, close to the main square and had a great view from our balcony.

We had some negative aspects of our stay. The bathroom was tiny and required choreographed movements to get to the light switch.

The customer service was superb, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, cafes and markets. We also loved the breakfast, which was freshly made and very delicious.

The room was a bit religiously decorated for our taste, with too many pictures and mirrors of a certain religious figure. the TV was not working, which was not a big deal for us as we were too busy exploring the city anyway.

This hotel offers beautiful and exceptional service with a perfect location and amazing customer service. The bathrooms are brand new and have great water pressure. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and bars, and very safe. The breakfast menu is exceptional and made to order. The bed quality is perfect and better than those found in the States. The hotel is a former bishop’s residence with a unique style, and guests will receive a warm and hospitable welcome upon arrival.
